We do our best to process orders on the same day. Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is based on the number of items and weight of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify. We aim to keep shipping charges on all orders as low as possible for our customers including when shipping is free.
- Ground service is normally 3-5 business days and we use either USPS or UPS
- Expedited service is normally 2-3 business days and we use either USPS or UPS
- For all International orders, we use USPS for Canada and UPS for the Rest of the World. See your freight costs when your order is summitted.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Items normally ship from the warehouse within 1 business days/24 hours of receipt of your order excluding weekends.

What if my items are lost or stolen?
Plush For Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.
